A collection of designs for the newly established Patuxent River chapter of a 14,000 member international, not-for-profit corporation. The Links, Inc. is one of the nation’s oldest and largest volunteer service organizations of women of color who are committed to enriching, sustaining and ensuring the culture and economic survival of African Americans and other persons of African ancestry.
